Sometimes its fine, but right now I feel like I'm not getting enough air and its even making me a lil light headed. Maybe I should lay down? I mean, I'm not outta breath, my heart rate is only slightly elevated, but this is so uncomfortable!! And it's not like I'm doing anything- just sitting in one spot.

  1. I had a hard time breathing with all three of my pregnancys and what worked for meevery timee was getting down on my hands and knee's and let your head hang comfortably. I know that probably sound a bit weird and doesn'tt make since, but hey, it did wonders for me! Good Luck

  2. try sitting in a reclined position rather than straight up and down that way you are giving your lungs room to move.

  3. Are you having any other symptoms? Not being able to breath can be a sign of pre eclampsia. I would see a doctor as soon as possible.

  4. hopefully the baby will drop soon and give you some relief.  unfortunately there really isn't anything to do to help the situation that much, and it will probably get worse before it gets better...try not to sit too upright, a slightly reclined position could help, and if you are light-headed make sure you stay off your feet and drink enough eater and eat well!  best of luck...i'm 35 weeks and still struggling!
