Is there anything I can do to make myself feel better?

Before I ever got pregnant, I weighed 112 pounds. I was 17and 5' 1. Now, at age 20, I have 2 kids, and I weigh 120 pounds.

My stomach is flabby, and I have lots of extra skin, that I can't get rid of. I've tried exercise, and it hasn't worked. I don't know what to do. I am not eligible for plastic surgery, because I am still nursing.

So, I just want to make myself feel better, for right now. Any suggestions?

  1. Maybe you can try this.

    Hope you will feel better.

  2. My wife had similar complaints.  She found out that you don't actually lose that last bit of tummy weight until after you stop nursing.  Just give it it time because you are very young & will bounce right back.  Please don't have any more kids though.  You are too young to be going through all of this.

  3. This is your new body. Love it because this is the body that carried those babies. I am not perfect anymore either, it happens. My two kids have changed body for the worse and my life for the better so it evens out. Although I would like to get a breast lift and other stuff someday. it is more important to worry about taking care of my kids now. You can't even pick up your kids for a week to two weeks after surgery. Is it really worth it to you?

  4. Why dont you try Aerobics or yoga??

  5. If youre still nursing, obviously you havent given yourself enough time to even lose the wieght. Give yourself a little bit.  Core videos are the best for your abs. Try like Tae bo or hip hop abs, that one kicks my butt.
