Is there anything I can possibly do with my old Ampd mobile cell phone?

I found it in my room yesterday and it looks soooo new. Its a razr and I had bought it 2 weeks before the company went bankrupt so i bearly even used it. So is there a way out there that i can put service in it....it can be useless at all can it???

I just hate for such a beautiful phone 2 go to waste =]]

any help would be appreciated

Selling it on ebay would be a good idea or go to the company that the phone under and get a contract or phone card.
