dude, wrong kind of pool for this section. this is billiards and snooker, you know, like the pool that you play at bars and your basement. not sure where you should put this question but it is not here.

Try a Pond store - there is stuff called pond black that is fine for fish so it is probably fine for people. The local golf course colors their ponds deep blue - so the key word is Pond the color is just different.
