  1. Have all of your tattoos done by a reputable tattoo artist, take excellent care of your tattoos during the healing process.  Once your tattoos are healed continue to keep the tattoo looking good by getting any necessary touch ups, keep your skin healthy by avoiding sunbathing and tanning and always use an SPF lotion.

  2. Don't wash them or at least verry often it will help prasurve them! hope this helps :)

  3. The biggest reason tattoos fade is sun exposure. Keep your tattoos out of the sun or use sunblock whenever you go outside.

Additionally, during the healing process, keep your tattoos moisturized with a mild unscented lotion. I don't use A&D since it faded my first tattoo. My second tattoo healed perfectly without A&D.

  4. Dont expose them to too much sun, dont get bleach, or chlorine ( swimming pools ) on them.

  5. Here's a website with directions on how to keep your tattoos from fading. Good luck!

  6. Sorry, IDK, but can I ask what tatoos did u get? Broncos or something else?

  7. i bet that the perfect way is to re-tattoo it to keep it because  the retouch from times to times (when it starts melting )

    will protect the color

  8. Ok, so washing (?) and bleach won't affect your tattoo.

Keep your skin moisturized (as per your artists instructions during healing, and normally afterwards).

Choose a good artist. Not all inks are created equal, some will fade much faster than others. Mine uses top quality inks (don't ask me which brand because I can't for the life of me remember). I have ink that was done 10 years ago that looks like it was done last month, the colours are so vibrant and strong.

No sun exposure for at least 6 months, keep it covered completely.

Always use sun screen on your tats (and the rest of you too!). Sun damage is a big factor in fading.
