Is there anything bad about drinking crystal light?

so I drink alot a day but im just wondering if theres anything bad that can happen if you drink too much of it consistantly.

anything with so many substances in the ingredients that claims to be calorie free can't be that good for you.   I used to think it was fine, but not really anymore.

i do not think that there are any immediate bad results but it contains aspartame (this can be found in a lot of things that are sugar free such as chewing gum) and aspartame can cause cancer,

I'm not sure what sweetner is in Crystal Light but I know Nutra Sweet is know to cause tumors in your brain you would have to drink a gallon of it like everyday but all those artificial sweetners are know to be bad for your brain and can be know to cause tumors sometimes if used for a long amount of time.
