Is there anything better than a ham and cheese sandwich?

For those times when you're hungry and need a quick bite. I especially like to put relish on mine with a bit of mustard.

Grilled ham and swiss cheese with a little mayo on multigrain bread is hard to beat.  In fact, I'll have to make one for lunch today now that you brought that up!

Make a French baguette mini pizza or even use muffins the same way... cut open a small sized french baguette length wise ( just cut as much as you need), toast slightly in the oven, take out, sprinkle with some pizza base sauce ( you can get ready made ones in the jars) just spread a little, add whatever you want, sausages, beef salami, mortadella slices (whatever), sprinkle with grated cheese, add some olives and a little diced bell pepper and grill till done. You can also make this the night before work too, leave it fridge wrapped in saran wrap, and microwave when required. Enjoy!
