Is there anything bio family can do after permanent custody (PC) is taken?

Right now bio family is not involved. They are over extended with bio mom's 10 other kids that they adopted. CPS is going for quick permanent custody of him and it has only been 5 weeks. Bio mom has been missing since birth and is not working the case plan. They called her and she did not show up for the first meeting then she just disappeared after that. After PC is taken and can they say then we now have space and want him

PS We are open to their involvement in his life but we don't know who they are and CPS is not giving that info up either. We would like for him to know his siblings but they have been adopted so their files and info is closed. No one person has more than one of her kids.

Nice partial story so nobody really knows what you are talking about.  It sounds like a bionic fast adoption for whomever this poor child is would be the best thing with no contact with his crappy former bio family as you call it.  Children deserve the world not crack w***e mothers that s***w them for life and their bio family.
