Is there anything for in car active noise cancellation device?

I know some very limited car comes with that as a build in. Is anything that I can install in my car?

if you want to block out outside noise and have better sound quality get dynamat, its a type of dampening material that blocks out noise to a degree

There isn't an in-car active noise cancellation device on the market yet but I believe something is coming soon.  Lotus Engineering are looking at this technique - see link :  http://www.grouplotus.com/managedcontent...

Some OEM's like Honda on their new Accord & Oddysey have active noise control to reduce low frequency boom noise

You could always use some Bose type active noise control headphones in the meantime.
