Is there anything good on telly tonight?

I got my TV and freeview box out of storage today and I still haven't set it up and I can't be bothered to, so I just want to know if their's anything on that will be worth setting it it up for.

NCIS on CBS is good at 8:00 EST, and the premiere of 90210 is on tonight on the CW network at 8:00 EST.

Channel 106 @ 10:50 Inside - Teen lockdown... Should be interesting... I've worked in residential care for ten years until fed up with young people being more delinquent and harmful to others without due regard and trouble in UK is unless they are in secure accommodation they have too many rights & dont they just know it so be interesting to see if this is US based how they manage Lockdown of delinquent teens and I think we need boot camps here... I've watched the other 'Inside' programmes and they are very good... I'm sure it'll be worth the trouble...
