Is there anything healthy at mcdonalds, burgerking, and taco bell?

me and all of my friends love going to the towncenter

but when its time for lunch we always go to either mcdonalds, burgerking, or taco bell.

i cant convince them to go somewhere like subway because they all hate those places and its like 1 against 8

so what are some foods at mcdonalds, burgerking, and taco bell that are actualy good for you?

please dont say salads, because eating that would make me look like a freak

  1. Anything grilled, and diet soda, you can always order any sandwich w/o the bread and mayo ( just tell your friends u are watching your carbs, if they ask). For sure, go for the grilled foods no mayo or cheese.

  3. GET NEW FRIENDS. if they were your real friends they should support your decisions. OR you can go to subway or pack lunch and keep your own friends.

  4. McDonald's have grilled chicken sandwiches, parfaits, apple dippers, fruit bowls, and other healthy items. Taco Bell has a new Fresco menu, and I don't know much about B.K., but they do have apple fries now. I would say M.D. has the best menu though, health wise. That's including the burger and fries.     Why they should say something about it?

    They know you don't like those places, plus you are free to eat whatever you want.

    You shouldn't care if they call you freak, If you know you are not, who cares?

    You are the only one that can judge yourself.

  7. The grilled chicken sandwiches at BK or McD.  (not breaded).  At taco bell, the chicken tacos.

  8. mcdonalds- fruit and yogurt parfaits are SOO good and healthy. they are made with blueberries, strawberries, and low fat vanilla yogurt, and come with a granola packet to sprinkle on top.

    the apple dippers are good too.

    i wouldnt order mc nuggets or breaded chicken strips if i had a gun to my head. absolutely the worst thing there.

    burgerking- whopper jr is what i usually get, has lettuce and tomatos and the greasy meat is pretty small so it shouldn't be too bad unless you make a habit out of eating these everyday

    i would never ever eat a salad from any of the restaurants you mentioned. just doesnt seem very safe.

  9. I usually get one of the Deli Sandwiches at McD's.Or a Happy Meal because it has less of the 'bad' food, and i get a toy for my nephew!

    No one i know likes BK.

    At Wendy's, I get a chicken wrap, chicken burger or nuggets, with a baked potato (plain or with shredded cheese) instead of the fries and a bottle of water instead of the pop. It is only ten cents more, for the bottle deposit. And, unless you get the cheese, it is less then five dollars! I do not eat the salads because they are usually wilted and to expensive. Once in awhile I splurge for the Taco salad, though.

    There is only one Taco Bell in my city, and it is on the other side of town and hard to get in and out of because the way the parking lot is set up, so i do not go there.

  10. I had to do a project for school and had to get a really low fat, sugar, and calorie content in a meal at McDonald's. I get an A and here was my meal. Bacon-Ranch Salad (no chicken), small fries, Medium iced tea, and fruit and yogurt parfait.

  11. Well, sorry hun but salads are the only healthy thing on the menu. Why do you care what other people think anyways? Besides, if your friends are going to think your a freak for eating a salad, imagine what they'll think when you weigh 300 pounds. Your friends might not be that great of friends. I know I always want whats best for my friends

    Or the t**d-Burglar King menu.

    Or the Tacky Bell menu.

    It's all garbage.

    If you really want to eat at Subway then go ahead! Go ahead and get your healthy sammich , and then meet your friends back at McRot-gut's.You can watch them poison themselves while you do your body right!

    And who knows?...you might just be considered a "rebel".They might think "Hey...why aren't we doin' this too?"

  15. Water.  Even those salads when you add the salad dressing have just as many calories as a Big Mac, and are loaded with sugar.

    If you only go once in a while, its ok.

    you should get a grilled chicken sandwich or a wrap.

    but if there's a chik-fil-a there, anything you get there is the healthiest.

    its acually healthier than subway.

  18. I think salads are pretty much it. You won't look like a freak for eating one. And even if you did, so what? It's a waste of time to worry about what you think other people think you look like. Are their restaurants near Subway? If they are, you could go get what you want and meet your friends back at McDonalds.
