Is there anything i can do at home to start practicing for ballet since i cant take classes right now ?

im 14 years old and i do normal dances for churches since i was 7 and i started ballet for a while then stop and i want to continue but i cant right now is there anything i can do to start training?

    You could do some stretches to make you stronger for ballet

    - releves (rising up and down) 50 times strengthens your feet

    - practise splits, this can make you more flexible

    - sit ups, to get a stronger stomach to help you with leg lifts

    There are also many more that you can look for on the internet.

    & youu should try to get flexbile as you can(:

    practice some barre work.

    look up stuff online.

  3. Stretch, stretch, stretch, get your body ready for ballet! Work on flexibly, and building ankle strength.

    Then check out a book at the library on ballet and learn the positions (THEIR SOOO IMPORTAIN) and basic terms.

    Try watching ballet moves and copying their bar movments and combinations.
