to stop the soreness of my b***s before my period?

ugh it hurts really bad :/

i haven't had my period for what seems like two months.

is this bad?

Stay away from chocolate, coffee and soda....anything with caffeine.  Take Vit E also.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that can help your breast tenderness. I suggest seeing a clinician. They can put you on a birth control method that will help you with that pain, and also with your bleeding. Birth control isn't just to prevent pregnancy. It's so much help for peiod symptoms and bleeding.
