  2. Everything is more expensive in the UK. The dollar is worth 50p right now, which is horrible for people coming to the UK, but great for those going to the USA.

    If the pound was equal to the dollar, America would actually be a bit more expensive. It's a really crappy situation for people living in the UK, but getting paid in Dollars :(


  3. Most things, America is much cheaper.

    I went on holiday to America a few months ago and was astonished at just how cheap everything was.
