  1. yes  grass can not melt dirt cant certain clothes items cant and if you mean can any thing on earth can not be burned then that is a no so yeah alot or thing can not melt

  2. Well, I guess any liquid or gas would be impossible to melt.

Like liquid water.  Can't be melted.

Many solids cannot be melted at a specific pressure.  Carbon dioxide cannot be melted at normal atmospheric pressure because at that pressure it sublimes from a solid directly into a gas.  No melt point.  No liquid involved.  Thats why they call it dry ice.

There are also many substances that would normally degrade in some way long before they would melt.  Like wood for example.  It would be very difficult to keep wood from oxidizing or degrading in other ways so that you could heat to a point where it would "melt" or liquefy.

If you question is are there substances that can remain in a solid state regardless of temperature, the answer is no.  With sufficient energy, the atomic and/or molecular bonds holding any substance together as a solid will be broken.  The definition of temperature has to do with the kinetic energy of the atomic particles.  That means more heat more movement.  At a high enough temperature no matter can remain solid.

  3. My old girlfriend.
