Is there anything else I can put in the bird feeder....

Other the bird seeds?

I'm out and can't buy some for about a week....

So is there anything else?

maybe some water!

Depends what you have....bread is a good suggestion, and we put out dry corn for some of the bigger wild birds like crows and blue jays, who love it. While that may not work IN the feeder, putting some sort of food around it will let them know that the area is still going to be a source of food.
