Is there anything special I have to do when I sign for the Army since my dads from a different country?

he's a U.S. citizen now. What will the recruiter make me do?

  1. don't worry about it. your dad being from another country is no concern. they care more about health problems because they're responsable for any of your health problems when you sign up.


  2. You have nothing to worry about. Seriously it doesn't matter if he is naturalized or not.

  3. youll be allowed in, but i dont think youll be able to get a security clearance for that reason.

  4. doesn't matter if your parents are u.s citizens or not...you didn't specify whether you were a citizen or not??? either citizen or immigrant the military will still take you...but if you are not a citizen you will have to prove you are in the u.s legally and maybe other documentation...the military is one of the best ways for a immigrant to get their citizenship it doesn't take long at all...my friend got his after being in for 2 yrs...
