Question:

Is there anything that I can do to extend the range of my fm transmittor?

I noticed that when the antenna is in the front of the car my fm transmittor works perfectly fine. However in my own car the antenna is in the back of the car and I get quite a bit of interference. Even people that get in my car after I've been in theirs with it notice the difference. So is there any kind of wire that I can use to bring the antenna inside of the car or something like that? Or what about those cell phone booster stickers that you stick inside your phone, do you think that will work?

  1. wireless fm transmitters will work better if placed closer to the fm antenna.  If you have an fm transmitter with a wire kinda hanging out of it ( fm mod antenna)  you can extend it closer to the fm antenna. Depends on the type of fm transmitter you have to as to what options would be best.

  2. If you are talking about satelitte radio yes.You can purchase a fm modulator that plugs in between radio and annt.
