Is there anything that I should know before I pursue a career in Human Resources?

I already have my B.S. degree, and I'm thinking about going into HR. What should I know before I pursue this career any further? Details=10.

I work in HR.  I love it.  You must know employment law in your state, be very familiar with federal disabilities and discrimination laws...and probably be interested in hiring, recruiting and training employees.  It's stressful, rewarding and positive if you are in it to help people and not afraid to provide constructive feedback.

If you go into this field , you have to put into consideration that most of the time you will have to deal with recruietment , calculating employees outcome and income ,etc....
