Is there anything that ONLY PVC can be used for?

I know there are a lot of alternatives to using PVC, I was just wondering if there is anything where PVC is the only option.

  1. Not really because PVC was invinted as a cheap source to other products and easy to fabricate and instal, if you think about piping or coating or other applications , you will not find that PVC is the only option from technical point of view but economically that is possible alternative
