are there cookie files that store what you have watched on the net besides history on internet options

I assume you want to delete your history. If so, with IE7 click on Tools the first menu item is Delete history. That gives you five different history types to clear.

If you just want to look at the cookies, click Tools, Internet Options, then the General Tab.  For the history area, click Settings. In the middle of that page is a button View Files.
