  1. i have no idea but that would be cool

  2. dont sleep when your full.sleeping after you ate can give you bad dreams

  3. You dream all the time. Everyone does. You only remember and retain the dreams when you are sleeping lightly. You need to get more QUALITY sleep. Maybe talk to your doctor about a sleep aid or maybe take some Nyquil.

The guy that said about Jack Daniels was partially right because you sleep more heavily when you are drunk.

Also, if you eat right before you sleep, you sleep lighter and thus don't notice/remember your dreams.

  4. ya think of someone you like when you go to sleep or something you like.or if you want simply stand beside your bed and get someone to punch you in the face really hard and bam your sleeping on your bed not thinking of a single thing:)

  5. why would you want to do that i love the rush of scary dreams. and i like the hilariousness of funny dreams.

  6. i barely have dreams. surprzing though cause i sleep about 12 hours a day

  7. There will be an underlying cause to your dreams, something in your "awake" life. Perhaps your stressed? I don't know if going to the doctor would give you something to help you stop dreaming, they would probably offer you some psychological help instead, such as a therapist if your dreams were severe.

  8. Yes. Marijuana and alcohol both suppress REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep cycles. This is the 5th cycle of sleep and it is the one in which almost all of your vivid dreams take place. Another more healthy option is to learn how to "lucid dream". A lucid dream is where you realize that your dreaming and can learn to exert control over them. If you get good at this you can change everything in your dream so you will be able to escape your nightmares. Also just realizing your dreaming goes a long way towards assuaging your fears. If you can't learn to do this, just smoke some chronic as stated above.

  9. eh... normally a good seeing to from Mr Jack Daniels knocks me out and even forget what happened the night before as well as my dreams. awesome eh?

  10. I dont know about stopping having dreams all together but I can tell you that if you go to bed with a full stomach, this can increase your chances of having nightmares, in fact I always have bad dreams when I am full.

Another thing you can do is to think about what you DO want to dream about before you go to sleep.

also you could read a nice peaceful book before you fall asleep. Hope some of this helps.

  11. no actually if you dont have dreams then something like you dont have a soul or some s*it or you can die or something idk. but i asked before and someone said that if you didnt have dreams that you can die.

  12. I used to have terrible nightmares, since I was about 10 years old. Now I take valproic acid, and welbutrin (for depression) and I sleep pretty much nightmare free. If I miss a few doses though the nightmares come back. You should probably see a doctor. Do you know why you have nightmares? Sometimes there is a reason, sometimes not. Most of the time I don't even remember the actual dream, I just wake up screaming or crying.I thought I was the only one this happened to. I hope you get better.

  13. When i was smoking weed daily i had no dreams for months
