Is there anything widely available to the public that has been "designed" by an evolutionary algorithm yet?

I've heard that using evolutionary principles of computer-simulated reproduction with occasional mutation and natural selection, you can actually emulate design, which is really cool. Is there anything available on the market yet using these principles. If not, how long until we get cool stuff "designed" by evolution?
