  1. Take my word for it, no one here is qualified to give you the answer that you may deserve. Seek professional help, not that you are particularly ill, many people suffer from such problems. Your particular problem remains unique only in that it remains so common and can be answered best by someone familiar with a dreamscape that seems to be only too real.

  2. There are a lot of intepretation of dream. Mayb you can write to me so that i can help you to inteprete and analyse your dream free of charged.

I have been doing research on dream and intepretation for years and generally there are 3 types of dream

    a) Previous memories form your daily activities

    b) Message from god or creator asking you to do something

    c) illogical dreams that doesn't mean anything

Dont worry, if you have depression feeling, you can take the following strategies.

Step 1: Ensure her emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before her action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

    Good Luck.

  3. you probably have fears and worries you should be addressing

  4. I'm not a psychiatrist so..... you should go to one

  5. Nightmares are usually the result of unresolved traumas.

  6. it sounds like you have night terror syndrome

it is not that uncommon, and there isn't much that you can do to stop it

it does not have anything to with memories unless you have had a traumatizing event occurring to you in the past, in which it might mean that you haven't fully recovered from it yet

some things that might help is to avoid junk food after about 6 in the evening, and try to exercise a little bit

don't worry because most likely, there is nothing wrong with you at all
