Is there anything you can do about pot-bellies?

I'm genetically pot bellied.. Anything I can do? I'm already working on toning up, bbut anything else?

  1. Well it helps if you dont eat like a pig either


  2. toning up is good but try cardio too. like running or aerobics. it will help shrink your stomach. and there's this great Oprah episode where a doctor explains why some people are genetically pot-bellied and others are not. they actually show the "fat muscle" of the stomach and talk about how to shrink that fat. if you can find it you should defintely watch it. it explains a lot and it's interesting.

  3. go to dual action cleanse on the web that stuff works like you wouldn't believe.

  4. Lots of walking or lots of jogging/ runnig.  If you are going to walk...do it everyday and for no less than 30 minutes a day, at a good strong pace.

  5. genetically pot-bellied? Have you photographic proof of yourself as a baby?
