She broke my heart. She didn't want to date me, then she did, now she doesn't. She's not coming back to the group I met her in. I'll probably never see her again. Sure, I can chat to her on msn. She just doesn't understand what she's done. She thinks she does. But she will never understand how she broke my heart. Life just seems pointless.

My mother has been sick (in the hospital) since last Tuesday - a week ago Tuesday. We have had a bad relationship for the first 42 years of my life, but for the last 2 years or so, she seems to be making ammends - almost like wanting to be my best friend. She has had blood clots in her spleen, her spleen is dead, she has a growth in her aorta, etc. I tried to go spend time with her before she went out of state for very serious surgery - and I was told NO - she didn't need me there. I feel as if I tried to forgive her, tried to build a new relationship, and now I have been slapped in the face. She has had her surgery, and we still don't know how she will do - how this will turn out. But now I feel as if I shouldn't care - one way or the other. I just tried to do what was the 'right' thing and got shot down. Maybe our relationship hasn't changed after all...

I miss my boyfriend, and I wish he would come down to visit me. We're only 45 minutes away, but I know he works everyday (literally - he owns orchards so the work never stops). I miss him. :( But on the other hand, my ex (who is my friend now) called me today and we talked for a while, so it somewhat made me happier. :)

I miss Victoria....the place, not a person.
