Is there anyway I can chill out my PMS?

Everyone has been noticing I'm a bit of a ***** lately and I get depressed really easily at stupid things. I want to avoid going to a gyno as much as possible, just wondering if there's any natural ways to chill it out. I know there's pills, but is that all? Thanks.

  1. - try very hard to resist salty foods like potato chips / fast-food when pms is approacting. this will prevent bloating/feeling crappy.

    - drink lots of water, protein, fruits & veggies.

    - get plenty of rest/sleep -- idealy, at least 8 hrs.

    - when you feel crappy, try some tylenol.

    If all else fails or these don't seem to help, then ask your doc about birth control. It can greatly decrease pms symptoms. Ask for a low-dose one. You CAN go on BC without being sexually active. Good luck.
