Did he jump down from roof top as it is accessible by window we always leave it open? most of the time he would sit near the window. The door to enter out house is closed all the time. My mum, dad and uncle were awake, but they had no idea what happen!!! I really need to find him as the cat have a sister, and noe she is lonely and meows (crys) all the time!!! So anyone have idea how to find my cat? If he don't return, I am going to comit suside!!! He was my bestest friend ever, cute and flufy and the sister is crying most of the time which makes me cry!!! PLs, a help will be much appreciated! God bless!

  1. Hun, the best thing you can do is put up flyers in stores, mailboxes, lightposts with the cats picture on it. Go door to door in your neighbourhood, give them one and ask if they've seen him, and if not, ask to them to give you call if they do. Walk around calling his name everyday. Cats do tend to go off for a couple of days and explore. Just pray he comes home.

My cat went miss September 29th of last year, he was my EVERYTHING.. He still hasn't come home..  but I still keep my hopes high, I'm wishing for a miracle. So please don't give up on your cat :) He'll come home, don't worry :)

  2. It may have accidently fell out of the open window. Look all around the area where you live, ask neighbours if they have seen your cat, put up notices & pictures of your cat, ring pet centres. Dont do anything silly, your other cat need you more than ever

  3. If your cat doesn't have a collar and isn't microchipped you aren't in good shape. The best things you can do include making a flier to put at your vet's office and placing an ad in the classifieds in your newspaper saying that your cat was lost. You should also call your local animal control agency in case the cat has already been found. Talk to your neighbors and they might have seen the cat.

  4. kill your self don't go that far please...maybe he found another cat friend you'll find him try walking around calling his name and like shaking a bag of food

  5. put some wet food outside, it has a strong smell that cats love, walk around the neighborhood calling his name

Don't commit suicide, please. Your cat is going to die eventually, but you have to move on. If something happens to him you can get another cat. I know it won't be the same, but your life is valuable.

  6. Leave out a familiar blanket that you or he uses all the time. The familiar scent should bring him home. I know how you feel I have lost both my cats a few times but the blanket trick always works!

  7. Cats are hard to find.  He may be close by and not come out.  You need to print signs and post them close by with a picture and a phone number.   If you have a garage, leave it cracked just enough for the cat to come in and not a person or dog.  Leave food in there.  He may come home and go in there when he is ready.  Call all the local vets around and bring by your flyer, in case anyone finds him.  Call the local shelters and give them a description.  If you don't have a garage, maybe leave some food out on your porch or deck, and maybe he will come back when hungery.  My cat got out not too long ago totally by accident.  I looked and looked, took off of work, made signs.  I left our garage open just a little and some food in there.  After 3 days, he was out in the garage one morning.  It is dangerous for cats outside, so you need to all you can to find him.

  8. Put up posters and make a prize for anyone who finds the little fella I know how you feel my dad once lost my cat when i was not in the country but he found him (thankgod) but if i found out i would spaz out its okay hopfully you will find your cat i wish you all the luck in the world!

  9. HE MAY HAVE GONE OFF ON A VENTURE;TO EXPLORE THE SURROUNDINGS IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD. I DO'NT THINK PUTTING COMET OUTSIDE WILL HELP MUCH.CATS LIKE TO EXPLORE AND MAKE DISCOVERIES.OR MAYBE YOU UPSET HIM WITH SOMETHING YOU DID OR DID'NT DO.MAYBE HIS SISTER SAID SOMETHING HURTFUL AND HE TRIED TO TELL YOU BUT YOU WOULD'NT LISTEN.ASK HER IF THEY ARGUED OR IF HE MENTIONED BEING UPSET WITH YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE.SHE MAY KNOW MORE THAN YOU THINK SHE KNOWS.SHE MIGHT HAVE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE BECAUSE SHE'S JEALOUS OF THE RELATIONSHIP YOU AND HE HAS. MAYBE YOU MAKE HER DO MORE CHORES THAN HE DOES AND SHE THREATENED TO HURT YOU IF HE DID'NT LEAVE.HE MAY HAVE LEFT TO PROTECT YOU; OR HE MAY HAVE JUST NEEDED SOME TIME ALONE TO HIMSELF TO SORT THINGS OUT. LOOK THROUGH HIS BELONGINGS,THERE MIGHT BE A CLUE AS TO WHERE HE WENT.HE MAY BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO MOVE TO.LOOK IN AND AROUND YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD FOR POTENTIAL NEW HOMES HE MAY WANT TO MOVE TO.YOU KNOW WHAT HE LIKES. ASK AROUND,ASK ALOT OF QUESTIONS. HE MIGHT HAVE WARNED PEOPLE THAT YOU WOULD BE COMING AROUND LOOKING FOR HIM SO DISGUISE YOURSELF. TAKE A FEW FRIENDS WITH YOU. DON'T TAKE HIS  SISTER WITH YOU,SHE MIGHT RUIN YOUR CHANCES OF FINDING HIM BY LEADING YOU TO THE WRONG PLACES.SHE MAY VERY WELL BE THE REASON HE LEFT IN THE FIRST PLACE; IF IT IS THE REASON WHY; WHEN YOU DO FIND HIM MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE WAYS TO REACH OUT TO ONE ANOTHER AND TALK ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL AND HOW OTHERS MAKE YOU FEEL. THE THREE OF YOU CAN MAKE THINGS WORK OUT. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS JUST GIVE A LITTLE PATIENCE, BE KINDER TO ONE ANOTHER. TAKE TURNS DOING CHORES AT HOME. IT LEADS TO HARMONY AND UNITY.IF HIS SISTER WAS NOT THE CAUSE OF HIS DISAPPEARANCE FIND OUT WHY HE LEFT, AND TALK THINGS OUT AND FIND A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM SO YOU CAN PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.LET HIM KNOW HOW WORRIED YOU WERE.

  10. How old is it?

Cats wander off all the time and they always come back to places that they know there is food, so I wouldn't worry to much.

But you should still do the things everyone else said.

  11. Cats can jump from pretty high distances if they want to.  A second-story window would not be a big problem for a cat.  So definitely look around outside.  He should come home when he's hungry, but if he hasn't by now, try checking with neighbors and with your town's animal control officer.

In case this helps:  One time, our cat seemed to be lost.  It turns out she was in the attic, which is hardly ever open.  So check anywhere in the house that a cat would want to explore.  If anyone opened a door somewhere, there's a good chance a cat would go there.

    Hope you find him soon!
