Is there anyway I can get scratches out of the screen of my digital camera?

I probably should've treated the thing better.. Just throwing it in my bag, and shoving it in my pocket has really done a toll on the screen.

So, is there anyway I can get the scratches out?

Unfortunately, nothing that wouldn't cost you so much like a new lcd or new camera. I would suggest next time to buy protection films for your lcd as I have with all my digital cameras. It's not that expensive.

Not really ... trying may only make matters worse.  How old is your camera ... if it is over four years old, you may want to start saving for a new one.

I have heard a lot of complaint with cameras with "touch screens" becoming scratched during normal use.
