Is there anyway I could order stuff off of newegg.com with a austrailian credit card? or maybe use a pre-paid?

My cousin wants to buy me something for my birthday and he lives in austrailia. I talked to the people over at newegg.com and said he needs a US credit card, even though his is visa. Is there anyway he could still pay for me? Would a pre-paid credit card work?
