Is there anyway I could possibly transfer music to my memory card instead of my phone?

I have just bought a memory card for my Samsung. My phone only holds 17 000 kb? (c**p when it comes to stuff like this), so Im having to transfer 3 songs to my phone then move it to my memory card .

There's no option on the Samsung studio (that I can see) that allows me to transfer songs onto my memory card.

I hope I havent confused you and I hope you can help!

It sucks coz I've been putting a load of songs onto my phone and its taken ages because I can't move things straight to my memory card.

Can you bluetooth from your computer to your phone? It should give you an option of where/which folder including memory card on your phone you want to save to.

Use a memory card reader. They're cheap and easy to use.

Hiya Elimay! Well i guess an answer to your question is the very least i can do! I must admit im a little confused! So here goes,i used to have the Nokia 6280 handset,and any downloaded tracks from Tmobile went into RECEIVED FILES,and not into my MEMORY card,the phones memory was too small to take more than 4 tracks at a time! The memory card was half a gigabyte in size!(plenty of space) So to transfer each track individually,i selected the track,but did not open it,i then clicked onto OPTIONS and scrolled down to MOVE and then selected MEMORY CARD! You didnt mention the make of handset youve got! Things have moved on swiftly since my Nokia 6280,ive now got the N95/8gig handset and the internal software reroutes the music into the phones mass memory of the music player! If you want to perform a factory reset,make sure you take the memory card out,with the phone switched off! The only thing that can happen is your theme/wallpaper/tones/and screen saver will need resetting! You wont lose anything from the phones memory! Good luck and i hope you get it sorted!
