  2. Try selling stuff you don't want anymore on craigslist, or ebay. Since your not of age to get a job. Toys, games, not joking, you will make decent money if you keep active. Good luck ;)

  3. I used to babysit for $10-15 a day

  4. In the summer lots of mothers with young children could use a mother's helper to help with the kids.  Place an ad on Kijiji in your area, it's free, and you can get a weekly pay.  It pays decent.  Guess decent money depends on how you look at it though...  any money is better than none.

  5. What are your skills???

It does no good to tell you things that I am good at. Any marketable skill or demanded products or services is what'll bring you an income. Find a need and fill it.

  6. hmm

lets see when i was 12...

    oh yeah

    i was a babysitter

    =]] enjoy!

  7. Sure... mow lawns.

  8. Dog walking, feeding pets while people are on vacations, mowing lawns, babysitting.

  9. Um...how about some cliche jobs, like lemonade stand? Or how about paperboy?

You know maybe you can do a bit of yard work for people you know and trust, that is, if you live in a neighborhood with backyards =/

  10. Ask around your neighborhood and friends houses and see if there's anyone who nees yard work or any odd jobs that need to be done.

  11. YARDWORK! or walk dogs, or babysit. Or move to India and make sneakers for $.15 an hour.

  12. There are too many laws out there for anyone under 16 to be able to do much.  When I was in your possition I did this:

    1) Check the local paper daily.

    2) Tell everyone you know that you are interested in earning some cash.

    3) Take any odd job you can that pays regardless of how little.

    4) Be willing to learn and don't be gener bias.

I did everything from mowing yards, working on farms, to baby sitting.  Eventually the people you do a good job for will tell others and people will start calling you.  Then you can start being more selective on the work you do.

If you still have trouble getting started, volenteer work is a good option to get started.  You meet improtant people and if they hear yo are looking for work and do a good job doing the volenteer work, your name will spread fast.  Also volenteer work does not have interviews so you can choose your type of work from kitchen, to construction, to politics, to medical world.

It is called building a social network which will become very valuable later in life.  It does not get you a lot of money now, but can get you some and will get or save you a lot of money later in life.

I helped my nephew over the years when he was 12 and up.  I paid him for helping me move, cutting wood, carrying wood, landscaping, etc.

One thing I did was I had a really big garden.  When I wasn't working somewhere else, I was working the garden and sold things on main street in town.  Through my network, I was introduced to the head of produce at the supermarket and he started buying my stuff.  Then I started planting things per what he wanted.
