the only legal way is to play the games that are with play money.  internet gambling is not legal in the US.

Bodog too. The only way you could play on PP, would be to use a proxy and have a friend outside of the US set up an acct and let you use it.

Party Poker decided not to allow US customers anymore, it wasn't a matter of decision by US officials.  There are plenty of great poker sites that have just as much choice of games, and are seemingly just as big.  Check http://dagus-statistics.com/reviews.htm for a comprehensive list of other great poker sites.  I prefer PokerStars and Full Tilt.  On the site you'll also find each site's best bonus code and tips on how to deposit and withdraw.  Hope this helps.
