Is there anyway at all to recycle foam???

Yes, but the catch is it can only be recycled into more Styrofoam.  So the best thing to do with it is to just reuse it as packaging material.  I'd sell it on craigslist personally as cheap packing materials.

they have to have places that will take it but im not sure. try not to by thing with styrofoam by paper plates

If its loads of styrofoam peanuts or packing material a UPS store or equivalent shipping store will take it off your hands and reuse it.
