Is there anyway else to tell how much weight you lost other then a scale?

possibly something with real accuracy. I've been following my diet and exercise to a t for four weeks and so far i went anywhere from losing 4-1 lbs. i'm about ready to give up. i was really determined but i find no reason in torturing myself if theres no gain. Diet exercise is a complete and utter waste of time. RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. A tape measure would tell you that you have lost weight.


  2. Don't give up! Your scale may be innacurate. A much much better way to measure progress is to measure yourself using a tape measure. Measure arm, thigh, leg circumferences..waist and hips...chest etc. These will indicate REAL progress.
