Is there anyway for a fifteen year old to have her own phone account?

The phone account will have to be on your parents or guardians name it isnt possible for you to have a phone account at 15

I dont think so, im pretty they make sure first that you have a job and that you are able to pay the bills.....why dont you try get a prepaid phone? like on tmobile or something, all you need to do is buy like one of those prepaid sim cards, put in the phone, and you charge minutes and stuff in it youself by buying prepaid cards and stuff instead of paying through credit cards....(that's just a guess tho im not 100% sure)
