Is there anyway for a man to become unsterile?

Not really.  It depens on the reason he became sterile to begin with.  If it was a vasectomy, then there is a chance of reversal, but it's iffy.  If it was from trauma, cancer or has just always had a very low sperm count, then no there's no way to reverse that and either one would need a sperm donor or several sperm collections to see if ANY are harvestable for in-vitro fertilization.
