Is there anyway for me to get a landline phone without having a phone jack present?

Question

I don't mean a cell phone. I mean some sort of "landline type" phone that I can perhaps hook into a usb port on my pc. I know there is alot of technology I have yet to hear about. I want to know if what I speak of actually exists. Does anybody know?

Try skypes.com. You can call anyone from your PC

you can try the MagicJack....its the only one you can make phone calls just using your own analog land-line phone....all you need is that little MJ gizmo..!!
