  1. Yes you have to sign on no matter what the reasons were for leaving your job. By signing on you ensure that you get your N.I. Contributions paid, and any benefit you get is dated from the day you sign on.

  2. Go to the J.C tell someone your situation and they will tell you what/if you can claim.

  3. Are you unemployed?I think he has made things unbearable for you.I wanted to throw out a s**y book they seemed to be keen on selling.I didn't like the womens clothes either.I feel like I have lost my job.I am unemployed.

  4. Your only entitled to benefits if your fired from work or that you have a genuine reason for leaving, usually you have to give proof of the reason. If you leave voluntery and they find that your reason insufficient then you have to wait between 6-10 weeks before your allowed to claim.

  5. Never had any experience but I always thought that if you left a job voluntarily you couldn't claim benefits.  I would have thought you'd have to make an official complaint about the bullying to prove that you were compelled to leave, rather than have just decided you don't like the job any more.

  6. You ca go to the Job Centre to look for a job whenever you like.

Are you trying to find out if you will be entitled to any benefits? If so I would have thought that racial abuse was a good reason to leave, assuming you have proof.

  7. get down there and claim yer benefit ya daft b*****d

  8. yep i'm pretty sure you can
