  1. yes that is possible but it is better if you have a relative going to US for vacation and let them bring your phone....don't worry about the usage since mostly phones now are triband or quad band which can be used anywhere or any service provider.....

  2. You should be able to do it; there are no particular problems shipping goods from Saudi Arabia.  But it won't be cheap to send the thing halfway around the world -- and it might not work when you get it here: US cell phones do not necessarily use the same standards as those for the rest of the world.  (I happen to have an LG CG225, which does.)

  3. yes as he said above.. Asian electronics run on different systems than American electronics.. some things just wont work in either country.. So you need to do a little internet research to see if the Saudi phone is compatable with US systems...

  4. i dont know about the shipping. but my husband had the n81 here in the United States. it was shipped to us via a family member who bought it in saudi and then sent it. It worked fine. still could even send arabic text messages back to saudi. He used T-mobile as his provider here in the US and it worked perfect. No changing codes or anything. just make sure your provider in the usa takes sim cards and isnt like Alltel that programs the number in the phone. other wise it will not work.
