I know you can send text messages to people from AOL/AIM.  You can also by phone cards to call cheaply at the dollar store and idk if they work with cell phones. Hope this helps =)

its  a free computer to computer callign service - or for a small few u can call coputer to a phone in america or usa.

i use it to call and leave online/ offline messages to friends around the world.
