  1. I don't think so.  As every country has its own criterion and requirements for citizenship.  You can go to Europe and live in one of the European countries and apply for its citizenship.

  2. No

    But good riddance

  3. I am so amazed that an American wants to trade citizenship to become a european citizen.  I have only heard of that being done in the African American community back when actors, writers, jazz musicians were being hunted because of the color of their skin.  Anyway with every country you have to apply for citizenship and have a place of employment and maybe even a place of residence in the said country you wish to live in and I think you also have to have been living there for a specific number of years before becoming a citizen.  According to Yahoo Search you can get a European citizenship and Passport if you have Irish or British lineage check Citizenship in European Union.

  4. Buy a plane ticket, go there, find a job and stay long enough to gain citizenship. Meanwhile, enjoy the value-added tax, lack of influence on government, and even more beaurocratic run-around than we have here.

p.s. Don't move to Ireland, they are resisting the current EU funny business.

  5. Just do it and good riddance.
