  4. You can lose as much weight as possible but once the sag is there it won't go away without assistance from a surgical procedure.  

  5. Do you feel like your body image is who you are?  That's great that you have lost a lot of weight; buy a support bra, let "the girls" settle in, and always have a smile on your face so you will get attention for your perky personality instead.
