Is there anyway possible for me to track a package when its not being delivered to my address?

Some guy is ordering something for me and i was wondering if i could track it on UPS

Yes of course you can track it.  Just be sure to get the tracking number assigned by UPS for every package from the sender and then you can paste it into the UPS website on their home page.  See the link below.
