Is there anyway that I can call someones number and make my number come up as a different number?

for example calling from your home phone and when that person looks at their caller id Disney World shows up and your really calling from home.

Yes, but if you want to do it the easy way, it's not for free.  There's special calling cards you can get called "spoof cards" which work like regular prepaid calling cards except for the fact that they let you punch in a number that you want to show up as the number you're calling from.  Check the link I provided in Source(s) to check it out.  I'm not at all affiliated with the company.  

    The hard but free way would be to set up your own PBX with Asterisk.  You could then subscribe your Asterisk box to a VoIP phone service that would allow such a connection (SIP or IPX).  In your Asterisk configuration you can change the outgoing number for call display.  Non-tech savvy people need not apply ;-)
