Is there anyway that makes it simple to remove old linoleum off of a concrete floor?

There's two layers of linoleum, which I need to take off so I can lay tile. I tryed with a large linoleum scraper but it only comes off inches in size, which will take forever. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou..............

  2. try heating it to soften it...should come up then

  3. Check your local tool rental center for a power scraper. It will be worth the cost.

  4. Painstaking, but i've used an iron.  seriously.  if you warm up the glue well enough, it'll loosen and you can scrape it off.  I've tried to scrape it with the pole scrapey thingy and that is exhausting.

    If you have two irons working, you can multitask and it'll go reasonably fast.
