  1. Definitely can get a pressure booster that maintains constant pressure in your house

Could look into getting a larger pressure tank

Definitely get a bigger filter. Make sure it says 'whole house'. I under financial constraint, you could have a coarse pore filter before a fine pore filter and you would have to change filters less and still have clean water. I don't know how old your tank is or the size of your well pump but you should be able to get upwards of 70 psi built up safely in your tank with a higher start up...like 40.

  2. You probably need a different type filter, the one you're using is getting clogged up too fast.

  3. you could install a booster pump. the pump will set you back about 250, but it will take care of all of your pressure problems

  4. It sounds like your filter is speced too small for your filter problem. I changed mine to a high volume filter from aquapure and have been satisfied with the performance. WW grainger carries multiple brands and will help you spec out a filter if you call. The pressure can be adjusted in the pressure switch by tightening down the nut on top. You can tighten down one pretty far to get like 50 or 60 pounds cut out. Naturally it would be better to have a 30 to 50 switch to start out with but it will work. I would NOT move the pressure switch location. If the filter plugs ,and it will, the switch would not sense the correct pressure and may damage something else. I have had this problem before and the high volume stacked filter solved it nicely.
