Is there anyway to build up your core strength. I've noticed?

just recently that my balance when I'm walking is not as good as it used to be...must be old age.

Not my ear or anything like that.

  1. yeah theres alot of ways to build core strength. next time your in the gym try doing press ups sit ups, shoulder presses, bench presses etc on a swiss ball. by doing this it will build up core strength as you are performing exercises on an unstable area. check ot this website for some information and examples.
