Is there anyway to burn DVR recordings onto a disc?

I have alot of the episodes of my favorite show recorded on DVR, I won't be able to record much more, but I also don't want delete the ones I have.

yes of course you will need to get a DVD recorder and transfer the recordings on your DVR to your DVD recorder.

Note: The DVR will only output one video signal. You must watch what is being transferred. The DVR will still record programs to the Hard drive while transferring. You can view these programs after transfer is complete.
