Is there anyway to change a picture from something to Jpeg? how do I do that?

Right click on the photo click "save picture as" check the box at the bottom is set to jpeg click "save" and your photo is automatically saved as a jpeg/jpg file.

Open the picture with MSPaint or something like Photoshop and just save it as a .JPG file.
